Create a Word Wall: Create a word wall for groups of words with the targeted sound-letter relationshi(s). Have children work in pairs or small groups to read the words as part of their learning-center time. Then invite children to think of additional words for each targeted sound-letter relationship. Add these words to the word wall. Or have children draw or cut out pictures of objects and help them label the pictures!
