Teacher Tips

Designate a corner or other space in the classroom for playing cards. Since children are often more comfortable on the floor, it is a good idea to use a special rug for the game area. Show kids where cards are stored and how to put them away. Explain the importance of keeping cards in the same place so that they don’t get lost. You may wish to store the reproducible game sheets and pencils in the game area as well!
