Michael Strouse is General Manager and Director of Retail at The Scholastic Store in New York City. With almost 20 years as a children’s retailer, including 13 at Scholastic, Michael has his finger on the pulse of the kid’s book and toy industry. He blogs on books and parenting at On Our Minds at Scholastic and recounts his own parenting experiences at Two Dads, One Family. Michael has been featured as a speaker on ‘Raising a Reader’ at the New York Baby Show and was featured as a guest storyteller at the Tribeca Family Festival, in New York City’s Bryant Park and many other special events in the NY/NJ area.
