Hi, I’m Ann and I teach Pre-K in South Jersey. I launched this campaign to get more books in my students’ hands by expanding our classroom library and their libraries at home! One of the biggest joys of teaching is seeing a student fall in love with a book. One way to do that is allowing the children to explore books with diverse characters, characters that look like them or their friends! I can only be the teacher I want to be if I can help my students become better readers. The most effective way to do this is to fill my classroom library and my students' homes with a diverse collection of books! Your support will help me raise funds to fill our classroom library with new books and benefit that students further by gifting them books as well.
