Hi there, I’m Mrs. Lyston and I teach 3rd and 4th grade science at SST-Alamo. I launched this campaign to get more books in my students’ hands by expanding our classroom library. Due to Texas legislation, many schools are losing their libraries and teachers are being asked to remove all books from classrooms unless they are specifically Scholastic branded. Because of this, my classroom library has become extremely small and I am looking to get it stocked back up.
