This is my first year teaching and it has been quite an amazing and crazy experience. My 4th grade students at John Hancock Charter School are in need of more books to read. My classroom library is small with the books I brought from home. We do not currently have a school library because the school is brand new and just opened this school year. We are in desperate need of books. Many of my students don't like reading very much so I am conducting reading conferences with each of them to find out their interests and reading levels. We are also creating reading goals together to help them improve their reading and find books they enjoy. I would love your help in expanding my small classroom library to help these amazing students become more literate.
