In my classroom, I place a Scholastic order once a month. Every monthly flyer Scholastic offers a $1, $3, or $5 book on each grade level. For as long as I have been teaching, there isn't a child that can not benefit from a book in their hands. There is also a sense of extreme happiness on the days that our monthly Scholastic book box arrives for those who were able to place an order. I always see a little disappointment in those that did not get to get their very own delivery. This year I would be so thankful if every one of my students were able to have that special delivery, and take home their very own book! With this campaign, you could give as little as a small donation, a special month sponsor, a yearly sponsor, or as much as you would like to give.
