Hi! I am Emily and I teach English language learners at Leadership Learning Academy. I teach K-6th grade. I launched this campaign to get more books in my students’ hands by expanding our classroom library. One of the biggest joys of teaching is seeing a student fall in love with a book. The most effective way to do this is to fill my classroom library with a diverse collection of books across a variety of levels. I would love to fill my library with inclusive, culturally responsive books that all of my students can relate to. Your support will help me raise $500 to fill our classroom library with new books.
