Campaign funds will help our library bring fresh, relevant books into students’ hands. We’ve already begun gathering a list of titles students are excited about, and these funds will allow us to turn that wish list into real books on real shelves. Many of our current titles are more than twenty years old, and while they’ve served generations well, it’s time to grow a collection that reflects the stories, interests, and curiosity of today’s readers. My goal is to update as many books as possible so students can discover engaging, high-quality choices that invite them back into reading again and again.
