Hello. I am a Pre-K teacher with Meck Pre-K. We teache 17 loving Pre-K students in an integrated classroom. Our students love to listen to stories and a few are able to read. We would like to raise enough money to send our students books that will promote social-emotional development. During this time of uncertainty and anxiety, it is important for students to learn how to handle their big emotions. Stories are a great way to teach students what they can do with their big emotions. once all of the students have received at least one or two books, we will use the remaining funds to buy books to help students with any trauma they may have experienced during this time, when school starts again.
