Hello!! My name is Melissa, and I am a first grade teacher. I love teaching and seeing how much growth is achieved in first grade. I am passionate about providing my students with the best possible education and resources. One of the ways I hope to achieve this is by adding more diverse books to our school library. Diversity in literature is so important because it allows students to see themselves reflected in the stories they read.
