Hi everyone! This year, I'll be teaching in a new school, United Friends School, and in a new grade level: a 1st and 2nd grade combined class. My class is named the Paul Class after the Quaker suffragist, Alice Paul. I have SO MUCH creative freedom over designing my reading curriculum this year, something I've never had in the past 5 years. This means that I'll be able to teach to my students' interests and what they want to learn about. This also means that I'll need to add books to my classroom library as the year goes on.
