We are in a unique time for our schools and as you know, reading is a very important part of that experience. Of course, children read to learn about many different things but through reading, they also get to escape on adventures and learn to nurture a sense of imagination and creativity. Unfortunately, many children don't have personal libraries at home to read but with your support, I'd like to help the scholars in my class receive 1 new book every month to help them start to build that library. Scholastic Books has several books they offer for just $1, so for a donation of $10, you can adopt a scholar in my class and help give them a new book every month during 5th grade. Thank you so much for your consideration and help.
