Hi there, I’m Tandi and I am beginning a new journey teaching 4th grade. Children are taught how to read at school therefore I need to build my school library for each child to find a book they're excited to read. I want to build a library that offers multiple reading level and has stories about sports, fairy tales, mystical lands, historical figures, and more. Along with that I know the real joy of reading is found at home with their families. Can you help me give my students the opportunity to grow their home library? I want to send each child home with two books, so that each child expands their home library with one fiction book and and one nonfiction books. My hope is that these books will inspire my students to read with their families. My target is to raise $700 to purchase books to build my library and send home with students.
