Hi, my name is Tara and I am the high school English teacher (and librarian) for my small district. I have numerous students who love reading and have devoured much of my classroom library already. They don’t have access to a public library and I really want to be able to keep them reading books they will enjoy. Getting to watch them help each other find armfuls of books for the weekend is amazing - they’ve even pulled in “reluctant” readers. These books will be for all my students and allow me to add titles to popular genres like realistic fiction, graphic novels and poetry as well as for individual requests any student has throughout the year.
