How to use this product:
Build a Web
Divide the class into groups of three or four students. Provide each group with scissors and a ball of yarn or string. Then challenge them to build a web. Students can make their web between the legs of a table or a chair, or between two rulers. Have students refer to their books as they make the frame, spokes, and spiral. Invite students to draw a spider or make one out of pipe cleaners and attach it to their web. They can also draw an insect and attach it to the web, or even wrap it in yarn or string to simulate spider silk!
