In the seventh installment of our Facebook Live video series, Live From Our Library, Scholastic Librarian Deimosa Webber-Bey recommended books to keep your kids reading all summer long. According to the 6th Edition Scholastic Kids & Family Reading Report, only 48 percent of parents with school-age children are aware that students often lose skills while they're not in school. Avoid the summer slide by encouraging your kids to keep reading through the summer months with these fun titles for all ages!
